The Tenderloin National Forest was a neglected dead-end alley off of Ellis Street that has been transformed into a vibrant, lush hybrid of greenspace and art.
Luggage Store art gallery owner Darryl Smith was kind enough to talk about the Tenderloin National Forest with Elsewhere Philatelic Society members, who also received a commemorative stamp.
